Three years of design, testing and refinement - that’s how ZAG was born.

From the very beginning, our vision has remained the same: to create a compact, durable, and playful cargo bike.

    Less than 2 meters long, ideal for sliding onto a train, standing up in an elevator, or leaving in an apartment lobby.

    A sturdy, high-quality steel frame, made in France and treated for corrosion resistance, designed to last.

    A stable, maneuvrable bike that lets you forget you’re on a cargo bike!

After months of testing and two prototypes, we are launching an exclusive pre-series of 10 bikes.

BIVOUAC

    • Length 196cm

    • Weight 28.5-29.5kg (depending on tires)

    • High-strength steel frame, fork and rack (25CrMo4 / S500), with internal and external anticorrosion treatment – registered design

    • Frame and rack designed and welded in France

    • Powder coating + powder vanish - Color of your choice (coming soon)

    • Interchangeable battery and motor mounts

    • Frame, fork and rack certified by EFBE under EN-17860-2 standard, for professional use :

      - Maximum permissible total weight (bike + rider + load) = 200kg

      - Maximum rider weight = 120kg

      - Maximum front rack load = 80kg

    • Wheels: Mach 1 Trucky 35 wide rims (optimized for 60-70mm tire sections), Shimano hubs
