Three years of design, testing and refinement - that’s how ZAG was born.

From the very beginning, our vision has remained the same: to create a compact, durable, and playful cargo bike.

    A stable, maneuvrable bike that lets you forget you’re on a cargo bike!

After months of testing and two prototypes, we are launching an exclusive pre-series of 10 bikes.

BIVOUAC

    • High-strength steel frame, fork and rack (25CrMo4 / S500), with internal and external anticorrosion treatment – patented design

    • Frame and rack designed, welded and painted in France

    • Frame, fork and rack certified by EFBE under EN-17860-2 standard, for professional use :

      - Maximum permissible total weight (bike + rider + load) = 200kg (160kg with Kenda Slant Six tires)

      - Maximum rider weight = 120kg (100kg with Kenda Slant Six tires)

      - Maximum front rack load = 80kg (50kg with Kenda Slant Six tires)

    • Wheels: Mach 1 Trucky 35 wide rims (optimized for 60-70mm tire sections), Shimano hubs with 15×100mm and 12×148mm thru axles
